Position: Store Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Performance Management
    • Support the Store Manager in tracking sales performance and identifying opportunities to enhance average sale and overall revenue through strategic initiatives and team coaching and developmental feedback.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead by example in customer interactions and team motivation.
    • Support training & coaching of team members to ensure high product knowledge and engagement.
    • Ensure the team adheres to company policies, including uniform guidelines.
    • Ensure report any integrity or poor work ethic related concerns to the Store Manager.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Maintain excellent store standards, ensuring visual merchandising is on-brand.
    • Work alongside Store Manager to oversee stock management, including ordering of Fresh, stock receival, following correct stocktake procedures and minimizing wastage.
  • Customer Experience & Brand Representation
    • Deliver an immersive Lush experience through ethical representation.
    • Resolve customer complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation.
    • Encourage active product demonstrations and team engagement with customers.
