Overview

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for retail and customer experience?

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive success in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation are consistently maintained.
  • Drive store profitability through effective cost control, stock management, and customer engagement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop in-store staff.
  • Monitor performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Implement promotional campaigns and monitor performance against KPIs.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful retail team.
  • Knowledge of stock management, shrinkage control, and merchandising principles.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Computer literate (POS systems, MS Office).
  • Matric essential; relevant tertiary qualification in Retail, Business, or Management will be an advantage.
