Job summary

A leading retail firm is seeking a Store Manager for its Worcester location. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in store management within a retail/FMCG environment. Responsibilities include maximizing sales performance, managing operations, ensuring visual merchandising standards, leading staff development, and maintaining excellent customer service. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a store management role with an annual turnover of at least R50 million.
• Extensive people management experience of a large and diverse workforce.
• Financial management experience, including budgets and profit and loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maximize sales, tracking daily and monthly targets.
• Manage operational activities including expenses and stock management.
• Ensure visual merchandising and promotional standards are maintained.
• Motivate employees through effective leadership and development.
• Schedule staff in accordance with the Group's labor policy.
• Maintain customer service initiatives for an excellent experience.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor customer trends and competitor activities.
• Promote cohesion between store operations, pharmacy, and clinics.
