Your Responsibilites
  • Maintain an exceptional, premium showroom experience consistent with the Vetsak brand identity.

  • Welcome, engage, and assist walk-in customers — providing professional product consultations and quotations.

  • Drive showroom sales by identifying customer needs, recommending configurations, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.

  • Manage stock movement and visual merchandising between the warehouse and showroom.

  • Ensure accurate recording of showroom sales, quotations, invoices and customer information.

  • Coordinate daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring the space is clean, operational, and brand‑ready.

  • Support showroom events, photoshoots, and product launches as required.

  • Assist in managing orders, stock requests, and communication between the sales team, warehouse, and retail partners.

  • Track retailer performance and conversion metrics, and report results to management.

  • Provide product and sales support to retail partners, ensuring consistent brand presentation and knowledge.

  • Support the setup and maintenance of product displays and brand materials across retail partner locations.

  • Liaise with the marketing team regarding POS materials, product information, and in‑store branding needs.

  • Support logistics coordination for deliveries, returns, and fabric sample books management.

  • Maintain updated retail and showroom price lists, catalogues, and fabric Sample Books and Fabric Sample Cards.

  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and administrative documentation as needed.

  • Work closely with the B2B Manager to improve showroom operations and retail execution.

About You
  • You´re based in Cape Town.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail sales, showroom coordination, or a similar role.

  • Proven sales ability and strong customer service skills.

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Confident communicator with professional presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).

  • Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and understanding of premium design.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

  • A proactive, solutions-driven, and hands‑on mindset.
