Job summary

adidas Durban is hiring for an entry-level retail associate to deliver exceptional service to every customer. You will handle sales transactions, assist in moving stock to the shop floor, and help set up displays under store guidance.

We value a Matric certificate and 0–1 years in retail; flexibility for evenings/weekends is required. Training on adidas products and POS systems will be provided to enhance your selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide adidas service to each customer.
• Complete regular sales transactions (cash, credit, checks).
• Assist with product flow from stockroom to sales floor.
• Help develop displays and follow management schedules.
• Master the POS system and maintain policy compliance.
• Use selling techniques to boost sales and achieve targets.
• Greet customers and assist in finding the right product.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety of assets.
• Support loss prevention and report suspicious activity.
• Participate in in-store and digital training for product knowledge.
