Job summary

Managed People Solutions in Pretoria is seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our retail team. If you enjoy stocking shelves and acting as the link between brand and customer, this role is for you.

You will work to determine stock, draw requirements, check shelf quality and pricing, execute cycle briefs, and communicate promotions. A valid driver's license and Matric are required, with at least 2 years merchandising experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 2 years merchandising experience.
• Matric (Grade 12) required.
• Valid driver's license with at least 1 year driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine stock to be merchandised.
• Draw stock requirements.
• Check vintage, product quality on the shelf, stock rotation, and price tags.
• Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief.
• Feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests.
• Communicate and upkeep knowledge of product and promotions.
• Effectively record merchandising activities.
• Execute calls as per call cycle.
• Advise RSM on out-of-stock products.
