Duties & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Retail Manager to lead operations at a large-format hypermarket.

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all retail functions, driving sales performance, optimizing customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the hypermarket, ensuring smooth and efficient business performance across all departments.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a team of over retail employees to achieve sales, service, and operational targets.
  • Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue, enhance customer engagement, and increase market share.
  • Manage stock levels, inventory rotation, merchandising standards, and supplier relationships to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards at all times.
  • Analyze sales data, KPIs, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and a service-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and coaching interventions to strengthen team capability.
