Job summary

Smollan is seeking a Sales Consultant to be the face of our brand at the point of purchase. You will drive sales, guide customers through their product journey, and ensure a world-class retail experience at our kiosks.

The role requires Grade 12, retail experience, basic tech skills, and flexibility to work weekends. You will maintain brand standards, handle POS transactions, assist with stock and merchandising, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent is required.
• Retail sales experience is advantageous.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS/retail admin processes.

Responsibilities

• Sell and upsell products to meet daily/monthly targets.
• Process cash/card transactions and manage POS procedures.
• Manage kiosk inventory, stock takes, and IBT transfers if applicable.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and brand image.
• Assist customers with queries and product troubleshooting.
