Our mission is to drive the growth of Kärcher's retail presence.
You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, transforming potential leads into powerful retail partnerships.
You will develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key account buyers and store managers, with a major focus on groups like Massmart (Game, Builders Warehouse), Buco, Build It, and Clicks.
By understanding customer needs and securing new accounts, you will be the face of Kärcher on the retail floor, driving sales and ensuring our WOW products are exactly where consumers can find them.
Proven experience as a Retail Account Manager or in a similar field sales role.
Experience with major retail chains like Massmart, Buco, or Clicks will be a huge advantage.
Matric is essential; a Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and the retail environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
A high level of independence, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in G-Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Achieve and exceed sales targets for the retail channel in your designated region.
Successfully identify, pursue, and secure new accounts with key retail stores.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Conduct regular store visits to promote products, provide training to staff, and ensure optimal brand visibility and product displays.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and excellent service delivery.
