Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning, preferably retail or hospitality.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (standing, bending, lifting).
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work schedule (on-site and remote coordination).

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of retail stores, including floors, restrooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Implement and maintain hygiene protocols as per company and client requirements.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
• Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals and disinfectants according to guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any cleaning or hygiene deficiencies.
• Manage cleaning supplies inventory and report needs for replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide feedback on cleaning effectiveness and suggest improvements to protocols.
• Liaise with retail store managers to address specific cleaning concerns or requests.
• Contribute to a positive and professional image for our client's services.
