Ndosi KaMagaye Search Partners is seeking an experienced Retail Finance Manager to support a leading retail group with operational finance, business partnering, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial insights & strategic direction to Store Ops, Property & HR
• Lead budgeting, forecasting & financial planning processes
• Produce and present monthly / quarterly / annual financial reports
• Drive efficiency, profitability & asset protection across stores
• Support new store feasibility studies & business cases
• Lead, develop & motivate the Operations Finance Team

Minimum Requirements

• CA(SA)
• 10+ years' experience in Finance (Retail / JSE-listed advantage)
• All Stores
• Strong accounting, analytical & leadership capability
• Advanced Excel + experience with ERP & BI tools (e.g., SAP / BI)
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
