This role ensures properties operate efficiently and safely for tenants and visitors. Responsibilities include maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems, managing health and safety standards, and budget control. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in facilities management and strong project management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with MDA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Facilities or Building Management.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Projects.
• Qualifications in relevant fields such as Building Science are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance across electrical and plumbing systems.
