Job summary

A machinery retail company is seeking a Retail Branch Manager for its Silverlakes PTA East Branch in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will manage sales strategies, oversee branch operations, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for budget management and staff oversight. Candidates should have management experience in an automotive, engineering, or hardware environment and possess a Senior Certificate. The role involves Monday to Friday work with occasional Saturday hours.

Qualifications

• Previous management exposure in automotive, engineering, tools and machinery, and hardware environment.
• Experience in retail branch procedures preferred.
• Technical knowledge in DIY or hardware environment is an additional advantage.

Compensation & Hours

• Salary: Negotiable with benefits available
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 and Saturday 08:00 - 13:00
