The role involves assisting guests with wine selections, maintaining a comprehensive wine list, and conducting tastings. In this role, you will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the Food & Beverage team.
Our new signature restaurant offers an immersive marine dining experience, transporting guests into the mysterious beauty and biodiversity of the surrounding Two Oceans. Open 5 days a week, with set off days being Sunday and Monday, launching in Quarter.
