Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years related experience required in restaurant and fast-food service.
  • GAAP experience and knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring quality standards of food and compliance with procedures.
  • Managing stock control, purchasing, and orders.
  • Dealing with customer complaints and maintaining service levels.
  • Maximising profitability and motivating staff.

  • Conducting daily opening and closing procedures.

  • Leading training programs and conducting structured staff meetings.
  • Monitoring staff performance for productivity.
