A growing hospitality firm in Rustenburg is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and train staff. Job description

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria :

  • Grade 12 with a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management or Business Administration ideal
  • 3+ years experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality / restaurant industry
  • Proven track record in restaurant operations, staff supervision, financial management & customer service
  • Experience with systems, inventory control and cash handling
  • Good understanding of health, safety & hygiene compliance
  • Work hours : Monday Friday 8am-5pm, and every first and last weekend of the month will need to be worked

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to :

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations
  • Budgeting, promotions and cost control
  • Lead, train and inspire team
  • Manage inventory, supplier relations, compliance with health & safety and liquor regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen, bar and event teams
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints
  • Ensure the restaurant runs efficiently, profitability and in line with company standards

Salary : R18 000 per month + Provident & Risk benefit
