You'll oversee daily operations, uphold service excellence, and ensure that every guest interaction reflects the warmth, style, and sophistication of The President Hotel.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all Food & Beverage operations across the Pool Area, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service.Champion authentic hospitality by being visible on the floor, engaging with guests, and anticipating their needs with professionalism and warmth.Oversee staffing, training, and scheduling to maintain a motivated and service-driven team culture.Drive revenue and profitability through effective planning, budgeting, and cost control.Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and ordering processes to support consistent quality and efficiency.Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage leadership to enhance menus, service delivery, and presentation standards.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all outlets.Maintain the Pool Area as a lively, world-class social and dining hub that reflects The President Hotel's journey toward luxury.Qualifications And ExperienceHospitality Management qualification advantageousMinimum 2-3 years' experience in a restaurant or outlet management role within a 4- or 5-star hotel or upscale restaurantStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsProficiency in Micros Simphony, Opera, and DineplanProven financial acumen and experience with budgeting, cost control, and reportingAbility to perform under pressure and deliver consistent excellence during peak service timesSouth African IDAbout The HotelSet in the heart of Bantry Bay, between Cape Town's vibrant city life and the Atlantic Ocean, The President Hotel is on a journey to be recognised as a true luxury destination.
