Overview

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Restaurant & Lounge Manager to join a prestigious luxury private lounge and fine dining restaurant in Umhlanga KwaZulu-Natal. This opportunity is ideal for a polished hospitality professional with a strong background in fine dining guest relations and luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fine dining restaurant and private members lounge.
  • Maintain the highest standards of service, ambiance and overall guest experience.
  • Lead, train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand values.
  • Ensure personalised guest and member satisfaction through attention to detail and professional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Concierge team to curate exclusive dining experiences and private events.
  • Manage stock control, revenue reporting and ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 35 years experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining management.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team development and service excellence.
  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for refined service, exclusivity and guest-centric experiences.
  • Professional and polished presentation with a high level of discretion.
