We are a dynamic growing quick-service restaurant within the Pizza space.
You will need to perform the following:
- Effective management of staff, creating a positive work environment
- Create a positive customer experience every day, all the time – mitigate customer complaints and or respond with empathy, efficiently and effectively and increase customer loyalty
- Conduct daily operations procedures, including: stock management, opening and closing procedures, daily cleaning – health and hygiene checks, waste management, temperature control, borrowing and lending, breakage management
- Manage daily Front of House and Back of House restaurant operations (working with the Kitchen Supervisor)
- Train and coach staff on customer service standards (waiters), following SOPs and prep times (kitchen and bar)
- Ensure adherence to restaurant standards – conduct monthly store and product evaluations
- Manage current suppliers to ensure best quality product and accurate and cost effective pricing
