We are seeking a visionary Restaurant General Manager to lead operations, drive growth, and maintain brand excellence across one or multiple branches.Position summary : The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the full operational, financial, and experiential performance of one or more venues.

This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in high-volume, multi-unit operations, strong financial acumen, and a passion for luxury service.

The RGM will lead the team to deliver exceptional experiences, uphold brand standards, and ensure profitability.Key Responsabilities :

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bakery, and champagne bar with a hands-on leadership style.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a large FOH and BOH team, ensuring motivation, performance, and development.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards across all departments and guest touchpoints.
  • Analyze P&L reports and manage financial performance including revenue, labor, COGS, and overheads.
  • Optimize staffing levels, scheduling, and team deployment to ensure peak efficiency and cost control.
  • Implement and monitor SOPs, health & safety protocols, and local compliance regulations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Culinary, and HQ teams on product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Maintain inventory control systems, supplier relations, and procurement cost-efficiency.
  • Manage guest relations, handle VIP clients, complaints, and implement service recovery processes.
  • Lead new store openings, support site rollouts, and ensure operational readiness in expansion markets.
  • Required Qualifications and Experience :
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality with at least 3 years as General Manager.
  • Track record in managing high-volume restaurants and / or multiple locations.
  • Strong knowledge of bakery, café, restaurant, and bar operations.
  • Advanced financial management skills, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with POS, reservation, inventory, and reporting software systems.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Arabic) are a plus.
