Job Summary
Operational Management
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
  • Implement and maintain 5-star service standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Financial & Business Performance
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Drive revenue through innovative menu offerings, promotions, and guest experiences.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff, including supervisors, servers, and hosts.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Guest Experience
  • Act as the face of the restaurant, engaging personally with guests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities.
Strategic Initiatives
  • Partner with the Executive Chef and Beverage Manager on menu planning, wine pairing, and special events.
