Job description

Oversee all operations : Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently from front-of-house to back-of-house, including opening and closing procedures.Manage staff : Recruit and hire with approval from the National Operations Manager, train, schedule, and motivate employees. Conduct performance reviews and handle any necessary disciplinary actions.Ensure customer satisfaction : Address customer complaints, gather feedback, and implement strategies to provide an exceptional dining and gaming experience.Manage finances : Manage budgets, monitor expenses, track inventory, and analyze financial reports to improve profitability.Maintain quality and safety : Uphold high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service.
