We are seeking a proactive, highly discreet, and culturally aware Recruiter to specialize in sourcing and placing exceptional Executive Assistants to CEOs, founders, and principals within private family offices and the creative industries (music, film, art, and design). This role requires proven experience in identifying, engaging, and qualifying top-tier business support talent who can thrive in demanding, fast-paced, and often confidential environments.
You will be responsible for building robust long lists, conducting detailed screening interviews, and ensuring candidates meet both the professional caliber and the personal fit required by our clients. Our clients operate in discreet, high-profile, and often pressurized contexts. A successful candidate for this role will demonstrate exceptional judgment, confidentiality, and professionalism. The role has the potential to develop into a full 360° consultant position, including client management, relationship development, and business growth.

Our clients include family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and leading figures in music, film, and the arts. We pride ourselves on a discreet, relationship-driven approach, where quality of match and cultural alignment matter as much as technical skill. We are now expanding our delivery team to support a growing pipeline of assignments with some of the most influential and creative clients in the market.
Proven experience in recruiting for Executive Assistants, business support, or comparable roles. Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess both technical competency and personal fit for UHNW/creative environments. Excellent written and verbal communication – able to produce polished candidate summaries and engage senior stakeholders. Demonstrated discretion and professionalism; trusted to handle sensitive and high-profile information. Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn or equivalent ATS, Zoom).
