Residential Estate Manager KZN
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric and relevant qualification at NQF L6 or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within a similar role on NPC (Non-Profit Company) HOA (Home Owners Association) or Facilitates Management or Built Environment Professional
- CAISA (Community Associations Institute of South Africa) M100 would be advantageous.
- Financial background or experience would be advantageous.
- Drivers licence and own vehicle.
- Clean criminal and credit record.
- Understanding of NPC HOA legal framework.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
