EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Matric and relevant qualification at NQF L6 or higher.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within a similar role on NPC (Non-Profit Company) HOA (Home Owners Association) or Facilitates Management or Built Environment Professional
  • CAISA (Community Associations Institute of South Africa) M100 would be advantageous.
  • Financial background or experience would be advantageous.
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle.
  • Clean criminal and credit record.
  • Understanding of NPC HOA legal framework.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office
