About the Role
The Head of Residential Developments will lead and grow the residential development portfolio, overseeing both resale developments and properties held in the rental portfolio.
This role requires strategic and operational leadership to ensure financial performance, project execution, and market growth.
Strategic & Financial Oversight: Manage financial performance, funding, tax planning, and business opportunities.
Project Management: Lead development projects through the full lifecycle including feasibility studies, due diligence, planning approvals, service provider selection, cost control, and timeline adherence.
Funding & Financial Relationships: Collaborate with the financial team to secure funding, build strong relationships with financial institutions, and maintain accurate weekly cash‑flow forecasts.
Marketing & Sales: Develop and monitor marketing strategies to optimize sales volume and pace across projects.
