Samsara Africa Travel in Cape Town is seeking a passionate travel specialist to fulfill leisure travel requests, including luxury journeys. You will design exclusive Cape Town experiences, prepare tailor-made offers and itineraries, and manage guest arrangements from arrival to departure.

You will build relationships with tour operators, supervise tour programs, and provide expert advice on travel products and destinations in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Good judgement and adept use of travel research and technologies.
• Passionate about South Africa & Cape Town & the Travel & Tourism industry.
• Minimum two years of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
• Above average knowledge about Tourism Products/Packages in South Africa.
• Excellent communication skills in verbal & written English, be eloquent telephonically, detail-oriented and able to provide efficient customer service.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with Tour Operators.
• Design requests of exclusive experiences in Cape Town.
• Preparation of tailor-made offers and travel documents, preparation of travel programs and administrative processes.
• Oversee and manage the guest’s itinerary and ensure that it is executed successfully.
• Manage and assist guests from their time of arrival and until their time of departure.
• Supervise current Tour Programs and services provided.
• Supervise and interact with other providers and assist in finding new potential service providers of high standards.
• Book and supervise all Tour Guides and drivers working for Samsara Africa Travel Operations Department.
• Provide consultation regarding travel and tourism products and all other information pertaining to travelling to Clients.
• Send, receive, and process e-mails with third parties on behalf of the company.
