A well-established tourism company in Cape Town is seeking a Reservations Consultant to manage bookings and client communications. Responsibilities

• Processing bookings telephonically.

• Issuing clients with Tax Invoices.
• Creating daily Arrivals list for Clients.
• Checking and signing off bookings for the next day.
• Following up on outstanding debtors.
• Conducting online chats.

Shift Schedule

We operate on a shift basis and therefore you will need to be available for shift work Monday to Sunday 08h

Responsibilities

• Processing bookings telephonically
• Emailing and faxing clients booking confirmation
• Charging credit card forms and emailing clients updated confirmation and filing thereof
• Issuing clients with Tax Invoices for payment
• Creating daily Arrivals list for Clients
• Checking and signing off bookings made and arrivals for the following day
• Follow up on all outstanding debtors
• Online chats
• Innkeeper Experience advantage
• Attention to detail is a must
• Own transport required, especially for late shifts
• Hospitality experience is essential

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience is required.
