Responsibilities
- Contribute to research projects by developing and validating analytical methods using various technologies.
- Perform routine analytical testing of plant-based and other samples.
- Implement ISO 17025 quality requirements within the quality control facility.
- Plan and coordinate own work activities aligned with project plans.
- Supervise allocated HR resources.
- Assist in managing project budgets and adhere to financial controls.
- Conduct research support, diagnostics, and other services under supervision.
- Render technical services and optimize equipment/processes/systems.
- Provide input into the optimization of new technologies.
- Collect, capture, and process data with basic analysis.
- Provide verbal and written reports on activities and results.
- Present findings to stakeholders and train/advisory roles.
- Adhere to quality standards.
- Comply with SHE/OHS regulations and procedures.
- Provide evidence of contributions to publications or presentations.
- Demonstrate measurable outcomes and project impact.
- Support capacity development and training of junior staff.
