Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in polymer synthesis and characterization.
• Proficiency with common polymer characterization instruments and techniques.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a research team.
• Experience with polymer applications (e.g., coatings, adhesives) is a plus.
