• Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or closely related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in synthetic organic chemistry, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Proven ability to design and execute complex synthetic sequences.
• Proficiency with modern spectroscopic and chromatographic analytical techniques.
• Strong understanding of reaction mechanisms and stereochemistry.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
