Job Description

• Design and develop automated production systems and workflows for improved efficiency and scalability
• Integrate robotics and factory automation solutions for repetitive manufacturing processes
• Optimize production machinery, including CNC equipment and assembly systems
• Drive process engineering initiatives, including DfMA and production flow improvements
• Develop tooling, jigs, and fixtures to support automated manufacturing
• Lead pilot testing, commissioning, and implementation of new technologies
• Create SOPs and technical documentation for factory deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation with digital systems

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in manufacturing, factory automation, or process engineering
• Strong understanding of automation systems, robotics, and PLC programming
• Experience with CAD/CAM tools (e.g. SolidWorks, Fusion 360)
• Knowledge of production optimization, machinery integration, and workflow design
• Hands‑on approach with the ability to troubleshoot and improve factory systems
• Programming exposure (Python, C++, or similar) is advantageous
