We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst I to join our team at Teleperformance SA. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and developing management information (MI) systems, providing operational insights, and contributing to the success of our campaigns and business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Education: Matric equivalent qualification (essential).
  • Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Reporting Analyst or in a similar analytical role (essential).
  • Background in the BPO sector (essential).
  • Minimum of 1 year of administration experience.
Responsibilities
  • Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple systems (Client and TP platforms).
  • Design, prepare, and deliver insightful reports tailored to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all data-related deliverables.
  • Interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for operational teams.
  • Support campaign performance enhancements by reporting key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Actively participate in strategy discussions to drive business and campaign objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
  • Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with the broader WFM and MI teams to align reporting and operational goals.
Required Skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with pivot tables and macros (essential).
  • Familiarity with automated reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Business Objects (preferred).
