In this role, you ensure that our electric and petrol-powered garden and power tools are repaired and maintained to the highest standards. With your technical expertise, structured working style and hands‑on mindset, you play a key role in delivering excellent service quality and smooth workshop operations.

Your mission
  • Keeping the overview: Diagnosing and repairing faults in electric and petrol-powered garden and power tools. You ensure that repairs are carried out efficiently and to a high quality standard.
  • Ensuring safety and quality: Carrying out routine maintenance, servicing and safety checks on equipment. You make sure that all tools meet safety and performance requirements.
  • Hands‑on technical work: Disassembling, cleaning and reassembling tools using appropriate techniques and equipment.
  • Structured documentation: Maintaining accurate service records, repair logs and technical documentation. You document all work clearly to support transparency and traceability.
  • Securing parts availability: Identifying required spare parts and initiating orders for ongoing repairs.
  • Stock control: Managing the inventory of spare parts and consumables. You keep stock levels under control and ensure smooth availability.
  • You are an order and organization expert: Receiving, labeling and storing incoming tools and spare parts correctly.
  • Sharing expertise: Supporting customers and technicians in identifying and issuing the correct spare parts. You act as a reliable technical contact when questions arise.
  • High workshop standards: Ensuring a clean, organized and safe workshop and storage environment.
  • Professional communication: Liaising with suppliers regarding parts availability and pricing. You communicate clearly and professionally with external partners.
  • Reliable processes: Supporting warranty claim processing and related documentation.
Your profile
  • Technical background: You have a technical qualification or proven hands‑on experience in tool or equipment repair.
  • Troubleshooting skills: Strong mechanical and electrical problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Practical experience: Experience in a workshop, technical service or repair environment. You are comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
  • Brand familiarity: Familiarity with brands such as Makita, Bosch, Stihl or Ryobi is an advantage.
  • Digital basics: Basic computer skills for inventory management and service tracking.
  • Working style: You work in a structured, reliable and quality‑focused manner.
