If you have experience in car rentals customer service or telesales and love working with people this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via walk-ins online inquiries WhatsApp phone and email
• Promote and sell our rent-to-own and leasing products
• Assist customers with the full application and onboarding process
• Match successful applicants with available vehicles
• Prepare contracts and explain all relevant details
• Manage upgrades downgrades and system updates accurately
• Work collaboratively with our team to hit monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Matric (essential)
• Valid drivers license
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong admin and multitasking ability
• Proven experience in sales customer service or car rental
• Experience in the motor industry or face-to-face sales is an advantage
• Confident outgoing personality and strong attention to detail
