Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Rental manager / Administrator located in the City of Cape Town and covering all rentals from the Northern and Southern Suburbs, Fish Hoek and surrounding areas and Cape Town.

Responsibilities

The Rental Manager / Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to property rentals, including managing agents, administration and sourcing new rentals.

Qualifications
  • Experience in property rental management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of rental agreements and leasing processes
  • Proficiency in property management software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
