• 2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or delivery consulting.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, self-motivated and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and attract suitable candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases.
• Screen and assess candidates via telephone and virtual interviews.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and clients to understand role requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews; ensure smooth processes.
• Provide candidates with detailed role information and interview prep.
• Maintain records in the CRM/ATS system.
• Manage multiple roles with high delivery standards and timelines.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
