About the Role

Our client, a leading energy consultancy focused on renewable energy development, is seeking a sharp and analytical Renewable Energy Analyst to join their team. This hybrid role, based in Benoni, Gauteng , will involve in-depth market research, data analysis, and strategic insights related to renewable energy technologies and policies. You will play a key role in supporting investment decisions and strategic planning for our clients in the rapidly evolving energy landscape of South Africa . The position blends focused remote analysis with collaborative in-office sessions in Benoni .

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research on renewable energy technologies, trends, and policy developments.
• Analyze energy market data, including supply, demand, pricing, and regulatory frameworks.
• Develop financial models to assess the economic viability of renewable energy projects.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques using Excel.
• Excellent research, writing, and presentation skills.
