Job summary

Hire Resolve's client in Middelburg, Mpumalanga, is seeking an Analyst who specialises in Remuneration and Benefits to join their team.

Responsibilities include analysing duties, developing fair salaries, evaluating market pay patterns, and auditing HR data for accuracy.

You will manage employee benefits, including retirement plans and health insurance, perform regular reports, and stay up to date with legislative changes; 3–5 years' remuneration experience and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in remuneration, data analysis, job evaluation, grading and employee benefits administration.
• Strong statistical, analytical and research skills.
• High level of confidentiality and ethical conduct; ability to deal with conflict and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyse duties and responsibilities to develop fair salaries and incentives.
• Analyse market information and pay patterns to suggest salaries, promotions, and interim changes.
• Conduct regular HRIS data checks for accuracy.
• Stay informed on market remuneration best practices and regulatory needs.
• Manage employee benefits programs including retirement plans, health insurance and related risk management.
• Proficient Excel knowledge to generate reports.
• Support remuneration projects through data analysis and salary surveys.
