My client is looking for a dynamic Remuneration and Benefits Specialist to join their team on a 6-month contract for a project to benchmark a large intake of staff.

In this pivotal role, you'll support the development, implementation, and governance of remuneration frameworks, benefits programs, and incentive structures that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

You'll work closely with HR, Finance, and leadership to ensure alignment with business goals, market trends, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on job grading, pay equity, and benefits optimization
  • Collaborate on employee communications and engagement around rewards
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal governance
  • Advise on total reward strategies and policy development
  • Support annual salary review and incentive processes
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to inform pay structures and benefits offerings
Requirements
