Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10–12 years in software engineering; 5–7 years in leadership.
• Proven track record delivering complex software products.
• Experience leading remote engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the company's technical strategy and roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and grow multiple engineering teams across geographies.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
