Placements24 is seeking a skilled and analytical Treasury Analyst to join a fully remote finance team supporting operations in Randburg and nationwide. You will manage liquidity, cash flow, and financial risk, including cash forecasting, investment management, and funding for business needs.

This role offers remote flexibility, exposure to treasury policies, and a dynamic virtual team within the banking and finance sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or a related financial analysis role.
• Proficiency in treasury management systems (TMS) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate daily and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor and manage the company's cash positions across various bank accounts.
• Execute short-term investments and debt financing activities as needed.
• Analyze and manage foreign exchange exposures and interest rate risks.
• Support the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures.
• Reconcile treasury transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external banking partners.
