Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Technical Sanitation Consultant for our international hospitality and food-service clients. You will analyze operations remotely, develop HACCP/GMP hygiene plans, and guide implementation using digital tools.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Food Science or related field, 8+ years of sanitation experience, strong regulatory knowledge (FDA, EFSA, ISO 22000), and excellent remote communication and project management skills.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., FDA, EFSA, local regulations) and management systems (e.g., ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP).
