Pear Tree is seeking a dedicated Sourcing Specialist in a remote role. You will identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and talent databases, collaborating with our recruitment team to meet hiring requirements and build strong talent pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in talent sourcing, strong research skills, and hands-on experience with Workable and LinkedIn. This full-time remote position follows SA business hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in talent sourcing or recruitment.
• Experience with an IT service-based business is a plus.
• Hands-on experience using ATS tools, preferably Workable.
• Proven and hands-on experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing is required.
• Proven ability to source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication and people skills, with confidence in outreach, engagement, and screening.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage candidates via Workable and other sourcing platforms.
• Conduct initial outreach, pre-screening conversations, and resume reviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles and pipelines in the ATS.
• Collect and manage candidate requirements (videos, portfolios, assessments).
• Coordinate and track completion of candidate assessments.
• Collaborate with recruiters to advance candidates through early hiring stages.
