Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Sustainable Agriculture, Agronomy, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in sustainable agriculture consulting, research, or practice.
• Proven knowledge of ecological farming, soil science, water management, and biodiversity conservation.
• Experience developing and implementing sustainability strategies for agricultural operations.

Responsibilities
