Placements24 is seeking a Strategy & Operations Consultant to join its fully remote team in South Africa. You will analyze client businesses, develop strategic directions, and optimize operations to drive efficiency and growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in business/engineering/economics, an MBA preferred, and at least 5 years in consulting or related fields. You will deliver presentations, build financial models, and manage stakeholder relationships in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth strategic analysis of client businesses, markets, and competitive landscapes.
• Develop and refine business strategies, including growth plans, market entry strategies, and competitive positioning.
• Analyze client operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement operational improvements focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Collaborate virtually with client leadership and teams to facilitate change and drive implementation.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and performance metrics to support strategic and operational recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports to articulate findings and proposed solutions remotely.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategy and operations.
• Foster strong client relationships through effective virtual communication and trusted advisory.

Requirements
