About the Role

Our client is looking for a certified and innovative Remote Sports Nutritionist to join their team, supporting athletes and sports enthusiasts from anywhere in the world, based out of Mossel Bay, Western Cape . This role focuses on providing expert dietary guidance and personalized nutrition plans to enhance athletic performance, support recovery, and promote overall health and well-being. You will leverage technology to deliver consultations, develop educational resources, and collaborate with other sports professionals to create holistic performance strategies for a diverse clientele, making expert nutrition advice accessible and tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth nutritional assessments of clients, analyzing dietary habits, lifestyle, and performance goals.
• Develop customized nutrition plans and strategies to optimize energy levels, improve recovery, and enhance athletic performance.
• Provide evidence-based education on sports nutrition, hydration, supplementation, and healthy eating habits through virtual sessions and written materials.
• Monitor client progress, adjust nutrition plans as needed, and offer ongoing support and motivation.
• Collaborate with coaches, trainers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to athlete development.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in sports nutrition and sports science to provide cutting-edge guidance.

Requirements
