About the Role

In this fully remote role, you will be the voice and advocate for our brand, connecting with fans, athletes, and enthusiasts across various digital platforms. Your primary focus will be to build strong relationships, encourage interaction, and create a positive and supportive environment for all members. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator, passionate about sports, and adept at managing online engagement and fostering a sense of belonging.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build and nurture online communities.
• Actively participate in online discussions, respond to user inquiries, and moderate community forums and social media groups.
• Create and curate engaging content, including posts, updates, and discussions relevant to sports enthusiasts.
• Monitor community sentiment, identify trends, and provide feedback to internal teams on user needs and perceptions.
• Organize and promote online events, contests, and activities to foster community interaction and growth.
• Build relationships with key community influencers and brand advocates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management , social media management, or a related role, preferably in the sports or gaming industry.
