Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role with a strong portfolio.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for sports and fan culture in online communities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Experience with analytics tools to measure growth is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to build and grow online communities across channels.
• Create and publish engaging content tailored for each platform.
• Moderate discussions and respond in a timely, on-brand manner.
• Organize online events, contests, and engagement initiatives.
• Monitor conversations and report key insights and trends.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams.
