Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Sourcing Manager to lead global procurement initiatives. This fully remote role requires an expert in identifying, developing, and managing supplier relationships to secure high-quality goods and services at optimal costs.

You will develop sourcing strategies, conduct complex negotiations, and drive cost savings across regions while ensuring compliance with international regulations and ethical sourcing practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, global procurement, or category management.
• Proven success in leading complex international sourcing projects and achieving substantial cost savings.
• Deep understanding of global supply chain dynamics, trade regulations, and risk management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and advanced analytical tools.
