Placements24 seeks a Junior Project Manager (Open to Fresh Grads) to join a US-based marketing agency on CPT remote. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and drive high-impact A/B tests from idea through build, launch and analysis, balancing timelines, risks, and client expectations.

You don't need prior A/B testing or formal PM experience; training will be provided. We value organization, proactive communication, and a curious mindset—you’ll keep teams energized and stakeholders informed

Qualifications

• Open to Fresh Graduates - especially Economics, Math, or Finance majors.
• You do not need prior A/B Testing experience or even formal Project Management experience. We will train you.
• Organization and diligence - You like systems, checklists, and timelines. You front-load work, plan ahead, and don't stop until things are finished properly.
• Communication - You default to over-communication. You proactively reach out to clients and teammates, flag risks early, and ask for help when you need it.
• Smart and high agency - You learn quickly, enjoy technology and design, and want to understand why things work (or don't).

Junior Project Manager (Open to Fresh Grads) (CPT Remote)

JOIN the remote team of a dynamic US-based Marketing Agency seeking an ambitious Junior Project Manager where you will fill a client-facing role. You will run high-impact A/B Tests requiring coordination across many disciplines such as research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders. The position is open to Fresh Graduates - preferably Economics, Math or Finance majors. Your job will be to keep everything moving forward, aligned, and energized.

DUTIES:

• Coordination - You will manage cross-functional teams of 5-10 people and ensure tests move smoothly from idea → build → launch → analysis. You will spot risks early, unblock teams, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Strategy & Planning - You will help build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10-20 upcoming experiments. You will communicate the \"why\" behind the plan, set expectations, and walk clients through progress and results in weekly meetings.
• Energy (\"Vibes\") - You are the main point of contact for clients and internal teams. You bring clarity, positivity, and momentum. When things get busy or complicated, you keep people focused and motivated.
